2. You understand you are signing up to receive full-service credit repair and restoration services. We will work with you, the credit bureaus, and your creditors to improve your credit profile.

3. You understand that you will not be charged until you have completed your onboarding, received your Credit Analysis, and send us written authorization to invoice you or debit the card you put on file the initial payment amount selected from your payment plan.

4. You understand your payment plan fee, selected by the plan of your choice, will be due per the terms inyour service agreement.

5. You can move your payment due date out up to 3 days. You can request this by sending customer support a message in your client portal.

6. You must maintain active credit monitoring through our partner. Credit monitoring is crucial and if you cancel and/or downgrade your credit monitoring plan and service, we will suspend you from the program. myScoreIQ is only $1.00 for the first 7 days of services, then it’s only $32.99 monthly afterwards, until you cancel.

7. You understand the outcome of a service cannot be guaranteed, and no company can promise a result. We challenge incorrect, inadequate, inaccurate, questionable, outdated, misleading, and unverifiable data on your consumer credit report with the request for them to modify or remove them from your credit reports.

8. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete onboarding. If it’s going to take you longer than 48 hours, please wait to sign up for our services.

9. We cannot work with you if you have an active bankruptcy (If you have dismissed/discharged bankruptcies, we can assist you) or if you are currently behind on paying your current bills and accounts. We do not want our services to be another bill added as a burden for you. (If you have unpaid old accounts that will be disputed, we will serve you.
